T-Bone

T-Bone

Before

T-Bone was spotted by an Animal Control Officer who responded to a call about an injured dog on the property.  T-Bone’s owners did not know pigs aren’t allowed in Marion County.  When they were told about the ordinance, they surrendered him to the shelter.  He had been well cared for and is very friendly.  He was posted for rescue, and Indy’s Voice for Animals pledged to help with his care.  He is a big boy, so we knew his care would not be cheap!  Fortunately, Jenkins Forever Farm had a spot for him.  T-Bone is settling in well at the farm, and since it is a sanctuary, he is in his forever home!  His vet visit went well, and he will be going back in a few weeks for boosters.  Thank you to those of you who donate to our Moore Life Medical Fund and help make these happy stories possible.  If you would like to make a contribution, please visit https://indysvoice4animals.org/.  You can also use Amazon Smile, select move to Act for your charity of choice, and a percentage of your purchase will go to help an animal in need!
