Sinclair is a timid boy who was on the adoption floor at the shelter. He waited for close to two months for a home but was always overlooked. Shelter staff placed him in the front office in the hope potential adopters would notice him and give him a home. When one of the Animal Control Officers came in and tried to pet him, Sinclair became very upset. It took a while to calm him down. He was really cuddly and sweet with many staff and volunteers and had never had an issue like this before. It was suspected the uniform may have scared him. After this incident, he was placed on rescue only. Poor Sinclair waited several more weeks while he was overlooked on the rescue list. This shy guy just couldn’t catch a break! He was given a “must have rescue by date.” move to Act pledged from our Last Chance Fund in hopes a pledge would give him a better chance at finding rescue. Fortunately, Last Call K9s didn’t overlook this boy and came to his rescue. We know he enjoyed his freedom ride, which was complete with ice cream and a cheeseburger!
