Sedonna

Sedonna

Before

Sedonna was reported to have fallen into the basement of an abandoned home and could not get herself out.  She was rescued by an Animal Control Officer and brought back to the shelter.  This poor girl was infested with fleas upon arrival, had itchy skin, dry eye, and her teeth were worn down with several broken.  The shelter treated her for fleas and started her on medication for her skin and eyes, but dry eye is a chronic condition that requires ongoing treatment.  Sedonna was placed on rescue only, so she could get the long-term care she needed.  Behaviorally, she is an excellent girl who is lovable with people, great with handling, and did well when meeting other dogs.  Sadly, she waited on the rescue list for several weeks with no interest.  move to Act pledged from our Moore Life Medical Fund to help a rescue pay for Sedonna‘s medical issues, and luckily, Canine Castaways stepped up.  Sedonna is currently doing well in her foster home and receiving the care she needs to help her feel her best!  It is your support of the Moore Life Medical Fund that makes these stories possible.  Thank you!  If you would like to make a donation to keep our fund going, please visit http://www.movetoact.org/donate.php  The more donations we receive, the more animals we can help!
