When Patches came to the shelter, it was easy to see that Patches certainly had seen some neglect in her nine years. Her skin was yeasty and crusty, she was missing most of her fur, and her ears were badly infected. In spite of all that, she was a very nice dog and loved people! She had an upbeat and friendly personality that made her shine. move to ACT pledged from our Moore Life Medical Fund to help a rescue with the cost of her care.
