Nora

Nora

Before

Nora was found as a stray digging trough trash to find food.  She was limping and had wounds on her legs.  The shelter medical team took x-rays, and the vet determined her hip was out of socket and would require surgery.  This was more than the shelter could do, so she was posted for rescue.  Nora was very sweet but scared.  She was placed in a staff member’s office and was quiet, calm, and easy to care for. She loved the soft bed she was given and was just the best girl!  Indy’s Voice for Animals pledged from our Moore Life Medical Fund to help a rescue afford her care.  PAWS Hancock found a foster and stepped up to rescue her!  On her first vet visit, they learned, in addition to the surgery, this poor girl is heartworm positive and will require treatment.  Our pledge will be very helpful!  Thank you for supporting our Moore Life Medical Fund.  If you would like to make a contribution, please visit https://indysvoice4animals.org/  You can also help by using Amazon Smile when shopping online.  Select move to Act for your charity of choice, and a percentage of your purchase will go to help an animal in need.
