Kingston

Before

Kingston had a hard life before he came to the shelter. He was tied to a cinder block with barely any chain to move around and with no food or water. Kingston was 10 years old and had probably lived most of his life this way. In spite of that, he still had spirit and enjoyed affection once he got to know someone. He was unsure of strangers and needed someone with patience to help him trust. For this reason, he was placed on the rescue-only list. Kingston was given quite a bit of time on the list, but no rescue had shown interest in him. When he was given an urgent date, move to ACT made a pledge from our Last Chance Fund in hopes it would help offset the financial burden so a rescue could save him. On the last day, Tails and Trails stepped up and rescued Kingston! We’re sure he has a better life now than he has ever known. Thank you to those who have supported our Last Chance Fund for making this possible!
