Etta

Etta

Before

Etta was the first pledge from our Last Chance Fund. She was guessed to be about a year old when she came to the shelter as a stray. Being in the shelter terrified her. She cowered in her kennel and was very jumpy when people interacted with her. One of the volunteers spent some time with her in a quiet room in the shelter, and she started to relax a little bit. It was obvious she was a good dog, but the shelter environment was too scary for her. She was put on the rescue-only list, but kept being overlooked. After several weeks, the shelter gave an urgent date by which she must find rescue. move to ACT made a pledge from our Last Chance Fund in hopes of bringing attention to this sweet little black dog. In the nick of time, Hoosier Hooves and Hounds noticed Etta and saved her! Thank you to the supporters of the Last Chance Fund for helping us help dogs like Etta!
