Blue Bell has a very sad story.  First one of her owners passed away, and then the other, so she found herself at the shelter.  She was very shut down and insecure.  She came out of her kennel willingly and was easy to walk on leash, but she was not interested in toys, treats, or affection.  She just stared at the windows and looked around. There was such a sadness in her eyes.
