Benny was around a year old when he arrived at the shelter as a stray with an injured front leg and identification tags. Benny was happy, wiggly, and an all-around normal, active puppy. He didn’t seem to care that he had an injured leg. When his owner was contacted, shelter staff learned Benny had injured his leg by jumping through his apartment window! The owner decided to surrender Benny to the shelter. An urgent plea was made to find Benny a rescue so he could get the medical attention he needed. move to ACT pledged from our Moore Life Medical Fund to help with the cost of his treatment. The Humane Society of Indianapolis was able to come to the rescue and get Benny the care he needed! Thank you for supporting the Moore Life Medical Fund!
