Dolly was found as a stray with a reported injury to her back paw. Shelter staff guessed her to be around three years old. She is a little timid but a very lovable girl who followed and loved to be close to people. The shelter vet believed she had a past torn cruciate and would likely need surgery. She was placed on rescue only in hopes of finding a rescue who could have the surgery done. move to Act pledged from our Moore Life Medical Fund to help with the cost, and Our Lil’ Bit of Heaven stepped up to rescue Dolly! Who knows how long Dolly’s leg had been injured? As you can see in her after picture, this sweet girl has had her surgery and is recovering. dollShe is on her way to being able to walk pain-free!
