Bogart is a handsome guy who was surrendered to the shelter when his owner moved. He arrived with crusty spots down his back and rump. Since his skin was scarred in places, he had probably had issues for some time. He also had entropion, a condition in which the eyelids roll inward causing the eyelashes to rub on the eye. He needed surgery to correct this. Bogart was such a goofy, lovable guy who loved to play with people and dogs alike, but his medical issues caused him to be placed on the rescue-only list. move to ACT pledged from our Moore Life Medical Fund in hopes of offsetting the financial burden to the rescue who saved him. We are happy to say Ruts Rescue found a foster home, rescued Bogart, and is now ensuring he gets the care and love he deserves!  Thank you to the supporters of the Moore Life Medical Fund for making this possible!
