Clark had been roaming around the park when he was picked up and brought to the shelter. He was very scared, so he was placed on the rescue only list. After a few days, he began to relax a bit and greeted people at his kennel door. Once he became familiar with someone, a regular staff or volunteer, Clark became outgoing and would even roll over for belly rubs! Unfortunately, he continued to be timid with new people and could not move to the adoption floor.
