Alert neighbors on the eastside witnessed a spontaneous fight between 2 pit bulls this week and correctly called 911. The owner was arrested and BOTH dog fighting and drug paraphernalia confiscated. Hello folks! This is the same pattern seen nationally and locally of multicriminality associated with dog fighting. Move to Act encourages city government to hire more animal control officers and increase funding to IACC to end dog fighting in our city. Indy is beset by crime including arson, carjackings, home invasions, murder, gang violence, assaults and more. Yet there must still be resources left to combat dogfighting.
